visita uvic 10 10 19 brGUIDED VISIT FOR GROUPS

This exhibition focuses on libertarian-inspired artistic practices and. artistic projects which have arisen from, or which are connected to, various social movements which are taking place in present-day Spain.

Political struggles, defence of workers’ rights and social rights, and actions which share in common the fact of being based upon self-management, mutual assistance, horizontal organisation and critical thinking.

ACVic's guided visits aim to familiarise visitors with contemporary art in order to enrich their cultural background and foster a critical perspective.

This exhibition will serve as a reflection and a debate upon the critical nature of art, and on its potential function as a tool for expressing certain specific ideas.

LINKED EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITY

Let's act! What will you demand?

In the exhibition, we will see how an idea may be communicated through direct action and propaganda by the deed. Using the same components of expression and design suggested by the exhibition, we will create our own protest messages which will leave a mark on the exhibition until its final date.
