Visit the exhibition EL LLEGAT DE LA LLUM (THE LEGACY OF LIGHT), featuring the photography of Manel Esclusa, and taking his work as an example, we will discuss the concepts of light and shadow.
Why are there shadows? Where do they come from? What generates them?
Participants will briefly leave the building in search of shadows, to examine and transform their shapes, and to capture them. Through play, this workshop will let us begin to get acquainted with a few concepts in photography such as light, composition, centre of interest or focus.
REQUIREMENTS
Part of the workshop will take place outside the ACVIC building.
Each family unit should bring a cell/mobile phone or camera.

WORKSHOP CONTENTS
• Guided tour of the exhibition EL LLEGAT DE LA LLUM (THE LEGACY OF LIGHT) featuring Manel Esclusa’s work, with an introduction to basic photographic concepts and the relationship between light and shadow.
• Outdoor activity. Search for shadows to remove from their contexts, and to modify.
• Sharing the various results obtained, and ending the workshop in a discussion.
