Graphic design can also become movement. In this workshop, participants will explore the expressive possibilities of colour, shape, composition, and typography through the creation of an abstract and hand-crafted stop motion animation. 

Participants will learn how shapes relate to each other, how colours generate rhythm and emotion, and how arranging elements in space constructs meaning. Using simple materials, participants will experiment with silhouettes, coloured papers, letters, and light effects to create small animated sequences frame by frame. 

The ACVIC Miniespai is an open space full of games, books, and picture books for exploring the creative possibilities of contemporary art.

You will use colour, shapes, and letters to make your film. You will learn how these things can create rhythm, feelings, and meaning.

You will use simple materials, such as coloured paper and letters. You will make pictures and move them a little at a time to create your film.

The ACVIC Miniespai is an open space for children and families. It has games, books, and picture books. You can explore creative ideas through contemporary art.

Families with children aged 5 to 10.
